Subscriptions

All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.

Pay-Per-Use Credits (Aravam Pulse)

Purchased credit packs are non-refundable once any credits have been consumed. Unused credits from a pack that has not been used at all may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact billing@voxtn.com with your order reference.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charges caused by a billing system error on our part
• Charges made after a confirmed cancellation request
• Where required by consumer protection law in your jurisdiction (including Ontario, Canada; EU member states; United Kingdom; Sri Lanka; Malaysia; Singapore)

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@voxtn.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email and order reference. We respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first — we resolve billing disputes promptly.
